The Studio is located in the village of Tedburn St Mary, about 15 mins from Exeter. Parking is available onsite.

Online Reiki Circle & Share - via Zoom

Wednesday, 2nd March from 6-7.30pm An opportunity to be safely held, immersed and nourished in the light and love of Reiki energies. I am now delighted to offer online group Reiki training for those who may be drawn to learn Reiki in this way. These classes will be held in real time via the Zoom platform, with class sizes being kept small to ensure similar levels of interaction that you would expect from an in-person class.
Each online class will have an additional option of an in-person attunement / placement / ignition, as well as hands-on practice, at a later date. This will meet UKRF requirements and also provide invaluable in-person experience for those who are local and wish for this added dynamic.

Rather than becoming overwhelmed by the moods and emotions that can wash through us, or being pulled away from the present moment by an endless stream of thoughts, mindfulness offers a way to regain mastery of ourselves and find peace and acceptance. The opportunity to be fully present, in body, mind and space - calmly acknowledging and accepting our feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations without judgement, and with kindness and compassion both for ourselves and subsequently for others.
Mindfulness can be practiced through the simplest daily actions and activities, bringing greater peace, ease and even joy - at any time.
