I have been a Reiki Master Teacher for over 20 years and am proud to be the Principal and Founder of the Devon School of Reiki. I feel privileged to have supported hundreds of people on their own journeys of growth and transformation.
Founded in 2012, the school offers transformational Usui/Holy Fire Reiki training to individuals, groups and children, as well as Reiki Drum® and Karuna Reiki® training.
Now, I'm delighted to be able to share my training online (in real time) as well as in person, with individuals and groups who are ready to take the next step.

Mindfulness
I am a qualified Mindfulness facilitator and meditation teacher. As well as working face-to-face with individuals and in educational settings, I also now offer an online 8-week training programme.
Mindfulness offers a beautifully accessible way to bring stability and calm to the mind, every single day. An opportunity to regain mastery of self and find peace and acceptance: fully present in body, mind and space, calmly acknowledging and accepting feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations without judgement, and with kindness and compassion both for oneself and for others.
Mindfulness can be practiced through the simplest daily actions and activities, bringing greater peace, ease and joy, every day and in any moment.
