My life’s work and calling is as a healer. I also describe myself as a Reiki master teacher, lightworker, mindfulness facilitator, mentor, manager, life guide and wellbeing consultant.

The work is not necessarily simple to describe or categorise, such is life. But I know from experience that it can be life-changing. 

As a passionate and lifelong devotee of personal growth, I have expanded to include many modalities which enables  me to offer bespoke intuitively guided support. It is my belief that we all hold the key to our own wellbeing, wholeness, and growth. The healer is a facilitator and activator of this energy and potential. Working with groups, organisations, and one-to-one, I am able to offer very individualised and client-centred programmes of support that go beyond singular category or dimension.
